Fit conversation
We talk about your business, your customers, and what you need, so we can point you to the right plan or service. This is a conversation, not a sales script, and it’s fine to learn it isn’t a fit.

Written scope and first payment
You receive your plan, scope, price and ownership terms in writing. Your first month’s payment is due before work begins, and your plan bills automatically each month after that.

Build and approval
Your site is built around your business and to the written scope. You review it, ask for changes within that scope, and approve it before launch.

Launch
Once approved, the site goes live on your domain, which is registered in your name, with hosting and security in place. The inquiry form is checked end to end.

Hosting, maintenance and monthly updates
Hosting, security and maintenance are included in your plan, along with monthly update time: 30 minutes on Starter, 1 hour on Growth and 2 hours on Pro. Extra update time beyond that is $35/hour.
