Websites are offered as monthly plans, each with a $0 setup fee. Starter is $75/month for our first 10 founding customers, then $99/month for new subscribers. Growth is $125/month and Pro is $199/month. See the pricing page for what each includes.

Starter is a 4-page custom website with hosting, security, maintenance and 30 minutes of updates each month. Growth adds up to 6 pages, Google Business Profile management, basic local SEO, monthly Google updates and 1 hour of updates each month. Pro adds up to 10 pages, custom business tools and integrations, 2 hours of updates each month and priority support.

The $75/month Starter rate is for our first 10 founding customers only. After that, Starter is $99/month for new subscribers. The founding $75 rate is guaranteed for your first 12 months. After that, any price change is announced at least 30 days in advance.

Yes. The founding annual price is $750 upfront for a full year of Starter instead of $900. After the first 10 founding customers, the annual option is $990 per year. Annual payments are nonrefundable once design work begins, with a full refund if you cancel before work starts. The annual option renews at the then-current annual price, announced at least 30 days in advance.

Extra update time beyond what your plan includes ($35/hour), pages beyond your plan’s page limit, work outside your plan’s scope, one-time services, advertising budgets, external subscriptions and other third-party fees. Anything extra is quoted before you pay.

No. The new pricing applies to new subscribers. Existing client agreements and billing arrangements are not changed.

Yes. Veterans receive 10% off Starter at $99, Growth, Pro, the annual options and one-time services. The discount does not apply to the $75 founding rate. Mention it when you request your quote.

Your first month’s payment is due before work begins. After that, your plan bills automatically each month.

Plans run on a 12-month agreement. After the 12 months, your plan continues month-to-month, and either side can cancel with 30 days’ notice. You receive the plan, scope and price in writing before you pay.

If you cancel before the 12 months are up, you pay the remaining months on the agreement, or buy out the agreement for 50% of the remaining balance.

If a payment is more than 15 days late, your site is paused until the balance is paid.

Yes. Hosting, security and maintenance are included in every monthly plan.

Yes. Your domain name is included in every monthly plan and the annual option. It’s registered in your name, and Clark & Co manages it for you during the agreement.

You own your domain, logo, photos and written content from day one. The website design and files transfer to you once the 12 months are paid or bought out.

We transfer your domain to you at no charge. You receive your website files if the 12 months are paid or bought out. Otherwise, the site is taken down.

Each plan includes monthly time for changes you request: 30 minutes on Starter, 1 hour on Growth and 2 hours on Pro. Changes you request count toward that time. Unused time does not carry over to the next month.

Extra update time beyond what your plan includes is $35/hour.

If you’re on a plan, fixing problems on our end is included in maintenance. If your site isn’t on a Clark & Co plan, or the work is outside a plan’s scope, Website Repairs & Troubleshooting starts at $75. Tell us what’s wrong through the quote form and we’ll let you know the cost before we start.

A website typically launches within one to two weeks after I receive your materials, such as your logo, photos and business details. Larger projects and other services are given a timeline when they are quoted.

No. We do not guarantee search rankings, Google verification, customer inquiries or business results. Good work makes it easier for customers to find and contact you, but results depend on many factors outside our control.

No. Google Ads setup is our fee for setting up the campaign. The advertising budget you spend with Google is separate and set by you.

Your site is planned and customized around your business, services and customers, not a generic template with your name dropped in. We do use modern tools, including AI-assisted development tools, to work efficiently. That is different from a one-click website generator. A person you can talk to makes the decisions and reviews the result.

Yes. The Selected Work page links to four live websites, and reviews from clients are on the Reviews page.

For each new signed client, Clark & Co contributes $10 to a local cause the client chooses: a local small business, nonprofit, fundraiser, school program, animal rescue, church, or community cause. The cause must be verifiable and not affiliated with the client.
