Starter, Growth and Pro.
Starter
After the first 10 customers, Starter is $99/month for new subscribers. The founding $75 rate is guaranteed for your first 12 months. After that, any price change is announced at least 30 days in advance.

The founding annual price for Starter: a full year for $750 instead of $900 ($75 × 12), with the same inclusions as the monthly Starter plan. After the first 10 founding customers, the annual option is $990 per year. See the annual terms below.
These prices apply to new subscribers. Existing client agreements and billing arrangements are not changed.

These are one-time prices, billed separately from a monthly plan. “Starting at” is the lowest price for the basic version. Your exact price is confirmed in writing before you pay.
Google Business Profile Setup & Optimization
Set up or clean up your profile: business details, categories, hours, service areas, photos and a connection to your website. Growth and Pro plans include ongoing Google Business Profile management.
Custom Business Tools & Automation
Tools and automations built around how your business works, such as alerts, follow-ups, data collection and integrations. Scope depends on your business. The Pro plan includes custom business tools and integrations.

Advertising budgets, external subscriptions and third-party fees are separate where applicable. We do not guarantee Google verification, search rankings, customer inquiries or business results. See all services for descriptions.
Plain terms, in one place.
- First payment: your first month’s payment is due before work begins. Plans then bill automatically each month.
- 12-month agreement: plans run on a 12-month agreement.
- Early cancellation: if you cancel before the 12 months are up, you pay the remaining months on the agreement, or buy out the agreement for 50% of the remaining balance.
- After 12 months: your plan continues month-to-month, and either side can cancel with 30 days’ notice. The founding $75 rate is guaranteed for the first 12 months. Any price change after that is announced at least 30 days in advance.
- Late payments: if a payment is more than 15 days late, your site is paused until the balance is paid.
- Annual option: nonrefundable once design work begins, with a full refund if you cancel before work starts. It renews at the then-current annual price, announced at least 30 days in advance.
- Update time: unused monthly update time does not carry over.
What’s yours.
- From day one: you own your domain, logo, photos and written content. Your domain is registered in your name, and Clark & Co manages it during the agreement.
- Website design and files: these transfer to you once the 12 months are paid or bought out.
- If you leave: we transfer your domain to you at no charge. You receive your website files if the 12 months are paid or bought out. Otherwise, the site is taken down.
Written scope before you pay.
Before any payment, you receive your plan, scope and price in writing. Your first month’s payment is due before work begins. If something on this website differs from your written agreement, the written agreement is what applies.
Veteran discount: 10% off Starter at $99, Growth, Pro, the annual options and one-time services. It does not apply to the $75 founding rate.
